With the aim to review ongoing cooperation involving Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and identify areas where the Foreign Affairs Department may support the civil society, a meeting was held on Thursday 4th July 2024 at Quéau de Quinssy between members of the Board of the Citizens Engagement Platform of Seychelles (CEPS) and Mr. Sylvestre Radegonde, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Tourism.

During the meeting, the two parties discussed programmes currently being implemented nationally, some of the bottlenecks encountered and how to overcome them through mutual collaboration. The Minister recognised and appreciated the contribution of the civil society to the country’s development and pledged the full support of the Foreign Affairs Department to CEPS.
